Hero Moto Corp has launched the Hero Maestro Edge & Hero Duet Scooter in India. Both the scooters are developed on a completely new platform. Hero finally bid the Honda technology and instead using own technology that comes from his R&D department.
Hero Maestro Edge is a high end scooter while Hero Duet comes in the mid-range category.
Hero Maestro Edge
Hero Maestro Edge features Premium 3D Emblem, Bike-like Front Fender, Attractive LED Tail light, Boot light, External fuel filling, European Switches with easily-serviceable covers, stylish titanium muffler cover & protector, stylish alloy wheels. & Dual tone mirrors. It also got an engine immobilizer and also the console will show the service reminder, speedo and odometer.
In storage department, Maestro Edge got Front Luggage Hook, Centre Compartment, Helmet Holder, Foldable under seat luggage hook and mobile charging point.
The Maestro Edge is powered by 110cc air-cooled, 4-stroke single cylinder OHC engine with maximum power of 8.31bhp @ 8000 RPM and maximum torque of 8.3 Nm @ 6000 RPM with the top speed of 85 kmph. The engine is developed by Hero.
The Hero Maestro Edge gives a mileage of 65.8 kmpl.

Hero Maestro Edge comes in seven exciting colors – Pearl Silver White, Panther Black, Shooting Night Star, Candy Blazing Red, Techno Blue, Matte Vernier Grey and Matte Blue.
The Hero Maestro Edge is available in two variants LX and VX. The Bike will be available from 13 October 2015.

Hero Duet
Hero Duet comes with metal body instead of fiber one. The Duet scooter features Bright Head Lamp, Side stand indicator, Pass Switch, Safety Buzzer, Integrated Braking system, telescopic front suspension, Under-Seat Mobile Charging Port, Remote Seat Opening, Remote Fuel-lid Opening, Service Due Indicator, Side Stand Indicator and Twin Parking Lamps. .
Hero Duet is powered by Hero own developed 110cc air-cooled, 4-stroke single cylinder OHC engine which produced maximum power of 8.3 bhp @ 8000 RPM and maximum torque of 8.3 Nm @ 6500 RPM.
The Hero Duet gives a mileage of 63.8 kmpl.
