The V-Strom 800DE is powered by a 776cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled DOHC engine with a 270-degree crankshaft for a smooth ride. The engine features a 6-speed constant mesh transmission, a 2-into-1 exhaust system with a dual-stage catalytic converter, and a Suzuki clutch assist system to reduce fatigue on long rides.
