A new EV startup River has launched the new River Indie EV Scooter which is also promoted as an SUV of Scooters.
River Indie features 14-inch wheels, 43L under-seat storage, a 12L front glove box, lock & load pannier. The Scooter comes with twin beam headlamps with a unique tail lamp design which gives the scooter an attractive look. The motorcycle-inspired clip-on handlebar provides better handling and stability. Indie also features “Safeguards”, another signature design element that protects the body panels in the event of a fall.
The River Indie has a powerful motor that produces a peak power of 6.7 kW and can reach a top speed of 90 kmph. The 4 kWh battery provides a range of 120 KM and can be charged to 80% in 5 hours with a standard charger. It comes with three riding modes; Eco, Ride and Rush.
