Audi India & Bollywood Actor Abhishek Bachchan launched the Audi A8L 4.2 TDI Quattro in the India. The Audi A8 L 4.2 TDI comes with the Price tag of Rs. 1 Crore 75 thousand.
The Audi A8L has powered by a 4.2-litre twin-turbo V8 engine which produces 350PS of power and a 800Nm of torque, the A8L 4.2TDI races from 0-100kmph in a claimed 5.6s which is awesome. The 8-Speed automatic gearbox with sport program, DSP and all-wheel drive further improve the driving of the A8L. The Sedan available with 4 drive modes: Comfort, Dynamic, Auto and individual. Audi A8L gives you the fuel efficiency of 13.1 kmpl.
Comfort Mode: It provides the most relaxed driving possible on long journeys. This mode is suitable for National Highways.
Dynamic Mode: The Dynamic mode is idea for sport driving or driving on roads with full of turns.
Auto Mode: It provides the balance between an agile and comfortable driving style.
Individual Mode: It allow you to customize driving according to yourself.
The Costly sedan comes with many security features such as Pre Sense.Audi Pre sense will activate various preventive passenger protection systems in critical condition. These includes tensioning of the front seat belts, closing of the sliding sunroof and windows. Another security feature is Night vision assistant. It uses thermal imaging camera which detect pedestrians located between 15-90 meters away. Whenever it detect collision, it changes marking color to red and a warning tone will sound.
The Sedan comes with large rear doors which enable the occupants to enter the vehicle easily. The standard Rear Seat Entertainment has two 10.2-inch LCD display on the backs of the front seat.
