Tata Motors unveiled the classy sedan just before Auto Expo 2014. Tata Zest comes with 1.2T Revotron Petrol engine which produces a maximum power of 85 PS @ 5000 RPM and maximum torque of 140 Nm @ 1750-3000 RPM, zest also available in diesel engine, 1.3L Quadrajet Diesel engine will produce maximum power of 90 PS @ 4000 RPM and maximum torque of 200 Nm @ 1750-3000 RPM.
The ZEST boasts with the projector headlamps complemented by chrome accents, the daytime running lights, the rear treatment of LED lamps, the trendy 15″ alloy wheels, combined with a signature Buzz Blue color, add up to a dynamic and stylish pouncing stance.
In terms of security features, ZEST will have EPAS Electronic Power Assisted System), with ‘Active Return’ function and speed sensitive power steering, new advanced ABS and the Cornering Stability feature.
Tata Motors partnered with HARMAN for designing the infotainment and audio acoustics system and with MapmyIndia for next generation navigation & location based services. With the 5-inch touch screen infotainment comes with a rich multimedia experience, advanced Bluetooth technology, Smart voice recognition, advanced Smartphone integration, supporting phone enabled navigation, social media integration, touch phone controlled interface
